A snapshot will be taken just before the attack, and any trading activity after the announcements will not be considered for the compensation program. Q: How will the compensation program work for users with ALBT Tokens on centralized exchanges (CEXes)? A: For users with tokens on CEXes, a separate snapshot will be performed in coordination with the exchanges. More information about this will follow next. Q: I already sold or bought ALBT after the announcement. Can I still receive the new ALBT token? A: We are considering these cases and more details will follow for these users who bought/sold following our Telegram announcement. Q: What is happening with the existing liquidity on exchanges for ALBT Tokens? A: Existing liquidity on exchanges is currently being withdrawn. A new ALBT token will be deployed, replacing the old one (not increasing supply), and liquidity will be provided for these tokens at the snapshot's price. Q: Will I receive the new ALBT Tokens from the snapshot if I use Metamsk / Hardware wallet / CEX? A: From the snapshot, ALBT holders will be airdropped the new tokens to both software and hardware wallets, in the mean time, we are speaking with CEXes to get balance snapshots, more details will follow once known. Q: What will happen to ALBT Tokens in AllianceBlock platforms (Bridge, DeFi Terminal, Fundrs, DEX)? A: For users with ALBT tokens in AllianceBlock platforms (Bridge, DeFi Terminal, Fundrs, DEX), the smart contracts are not compromised and tokens on these platforms will be taken into account during the airdrop. Q: Has the incident been fully investigated, and will there be a technical report? A: We are still actively investigating the incident, and will be publishing a technical report on what happened. Bonq protocol was exposed to an oracle hack, where exploiter increased the ALBT price and minted large amounts of BEUR. The BEUR then swapped for other tokens on Uniswap. Then, the price was decreased to almost zero, which triggered the liquidation of ALBT troves. Other troves remain unaffected. Bonq protocol has been paused. We’re working on a solution that will allow users to withdraw all remaining collateral without repay BEUR in the troves. It will be released tomorrow morning CET.
